Network expansion supports reseller growth and increase in customers across North America<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tampa, Fla., May 11, 2020 \u2014 SkySwitch, the leading channel-exclusive white label Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) provider, has added its fifth geo-node in the United States with the addition of a new Atlanta data center. The geo-node is co-located within Digital Realty Data Center at 250 Williams Street and will primarily serve resellers and their customers located in the Southeast United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Atlanta facility joins SkySwitch\u2019s existing data centers in Secaucus, NJ, Las Vegas, NV, Minneapolis, MN, and Dallas, TX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This growth led us to decide that an additional regional facility was needed to support them and what we have in our pipeline.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SkySwitch provides white label UCaaS from geographically diverse locations to maximize system resiliency to MSPs, VARs, ISPs and interconnects. The new Atlanta geo-node was introduced without interruption to ongoing operations and is designed to expand on the fly. New geo-nodes can be added to the network, as an additional server resource to the geo-nodes, in a way that\u2019s transparent to end-users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to easing network growth, this system architecture has allowed SkySwitch to maintain industry-leading uptime. Unlike other high-availability redundancy schemes that rely on a primary and failover system, the SkySwitch system is\u00a0Always Available<\/a>. That means\u00a0 SkySwitch is providing identical service across multiple nodes in real-time. With seamless and transparent failover between nodes, service disruptions are avoided because customer connections can be automatically transferred to any of the other available nodes in the event of trouble, outages or network disruptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
