Knowing how your customer interacts with your company and brand is a very important step along their journey. To help you along the way, try to implement the acronym A.I.D.A, which stands for Attention, Interest, Decision and Action. AIDA is a very sales-centric way of approaching a customer. In today\u2019s market, it\u2019s all about digital and social which means that you have to really be on top of the type of content you put into the buyer\u2019s hands.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Be On Top of Your Content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many people today opt to do their own research and look at lots of different things before actually contacting a person to close a deal. So how do we get the right information into your customer\u2019s hands? Creating and delivering the right content at the right time is essential to getting your customer\u2019s attention and then keeping it.
